My stay at the hotel was a mix of charming elegance and helpful service. The rooms, though spacious, could use a bit more decorative flair. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to the center and full of colonial charm, yet the dining options left something to be desired.
I found the hotel to be in a great location, set in an old colonial house close to the center of Puebla with a pretty patio. The rooms had no windows, and the lack of ventilation made it uncomfortably hot at times. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, although not very cooperative in some instances. The dining options were not a significant highlight, but the average facilities did not disappoint.
